I had the opportunity of worshipping with a lot of recovery types recently.
Great bunch with whom to worship.
It’s loud, boisterous, often quite animated.
I think the reason is because they KNOW why they need Jesus.
- They know they’re broken.
- They know He gives lavishly.
- They know choices have consequences.
Looking to embrace him
- like an exile come home
- like a prodigal returned
